Elder Hanes' surgery update

Elder Hanes will be having surgery on his sinuses. He has polyps through out his sinus cavity. We do not know when yet. It will be in Oklahoma. I will keep you posted as to when the surgery will be.

HEY

I AM TIRED OF GETTING SICK!! Saturday night I got the stomach flu, last night I was up all night with a fever and threw up a couple of times and going to the bathroom all night/morning.

Tue and Wed he had LTM (leadership training meetings) so I worked with a missionary in Moore. It’s an English area, we taught one of their investigators that got baptized on Sunday. Oh man, it was so easy to teach in English, haha, it was my first time. But it was a really cool experience because we taught the law of chastity and the word of wisdom.  The elder I was with, it was really awkward for him to teach. He was reading it right out of the pamphlet too. I was oh heck no, lol. So, I started to teach. I did it to where I made it sound like he was doing a good job and I was supposed to be talking at that moment. But I took over and I was making it fun and stuff. It was really cool. It was also my first time teaching that lesson. But I ended up giving her my English “hold to the rod”, key chain. She was way cool; she is in the top two hundred off roaders in the world... The missionary told me after the lesson. I was like why the heck didn’t you tell me this before.... lol. I guess she just got back from a tournament in Germany were its invitational only and they only invite the best.

So I don’t have much to write about this week. We are moving tomorrow. Hopefully the new apartments will help out with my allergies. I have not seen it yet but we have heard that this new place is pretty nice.

I have gained... I am now 181. Crazy!! Lol But I think I will lose allot of that when I get my surgery.
