The recovery box and letters were awesome!! I loved it! It made me laugh and then I put the smelly things to the test, the root bear pencil was awesome, and it smelled so great! lol
So when I woke up from the surgery, I only remember a few things, the nurse being very pretty lol and I remember feeling my nose bleeding. Yesterday I had to ask Aunt Nancy how I got dressed... haha but she told me I dressed myself. The drive to the house stunk, well that whole night did. It was a long drive and then I had to wait in the house for a while until I got the pain drugs. I was in a lot of pain. I was in pain in general and then I was in more pain every time I would breath. It felt like someone was cutting the inside of my nose with a chainsaw and burning with a lighter. IT HURT!! But I am so thankful for drugs! lol Every now and then there is a really really sharp pain under my eyes where the made my sinuses bigger. But other than that it is going good. I am tired of blood; you should see some of the things that come out of my nose and mouth haha.
I have not gotten the studies I have wanted to get in. I have been sleeping the whole time! I am not kidding the only time I am awake is when it is time to eat or time for meds. So I am a little mad that I have not gotten my goals in for studies. But pres told me to get the rest I need, so I am not as upset at myself.
You don’t have to worry; I will not go back tIll I think I can work without having to worry about anything. I would rather miss a few extra days here then go back early get something messed up and have to miss more down the road.
